At checkout, Natus Liber customers and guest users can choose their preferred shipping option: we will provide an estimated delivery date based on the shipping type selected.

Return Policy
In accordance with European legislation, you can withdraw from the contract stipulated with Natus Liber within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by communicating to us that you intend to return the products, by writing to info@natusliber.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it will be sufficient for you to send us your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
The products must be returned without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract with Natus Liber.
Please make sure the products you are returning are complete and have not been tampered with. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, we ask you not to use it other than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not. This means that you can try on clothing or other accessories for fit and fit, but you cannot wear or wash them. In the event that failure to comply with these indications leads to a reduction in the value of the product, we may hold you responsible for this reduction in value. The refunded amount will be net of delivery costs and the payment commission retained by the site.
By informing us that you wish to return a product, you will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount of the payment charged, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We may however withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made with the payment method used by Natus Liber.
